Markets and Markets has recently published a report on their view of the hermetic package market worldwide. Has anyone seen it? I’m interested in any opinions, pros or cons of the report. Good information can be very useful, but bad information is worst than no information at all.

I created this as an experiment in open sharing. Engineers who design and specify hermetically engineered packages sometimes have a difficult time finding unbiased sources of information, design guidelines, material properties, etc. This site is a place where reference information can be consolidated, and interesting applications can be shared.
